How do I know a piece will fit?

All sizing information will be listed in the description of each piece. If you do not know your ring size, please contact me and I'll do my best to help determine if the ring/necklace/cuff that you are looking at will be a good match for you.

 When will you ship my order? 

Made to order pieces will ship within 7-10 business days. All other orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

All necklaces are shipped with a plastic bag which protects the chain from getting tangled or damaged during the shipping process. Please recycle the bag and use it to keep your new jewelry from becoming tarnished.

I use a few different metals and many types of stones. Some may become damaged or tarnished if they are kept in damp conditions or worn in water. Avoid contact with water, oils, lotions, and makeup. Jewelry polishing cloths can keep your metals bright, but the compounds may damage the softer stones.

Will you create a custom piece for me?

If you have a custom order in mind, feel free to send me an email. We can discuss if I am the right jeweler for you!

Will you take returns or cancellations on jewelry purchases?

Yes, but please follow these guidelines:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
I also ask that you pay the return shipping fee for the piece.

 **I will issue a refund upon receiving the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
