 When will you ship my order? 

 I ship orders on Mondays and Fridays. If you need a piece to arrive quickly, send me an email and we can try to make it happen.

Do you ship internationally?
I also ship internationally - it's so exciting to send my jewelery creations to other parts of the world!

Please note: I always declare the full price of the piece in my customs forms. You may need to pay customs fees in order to claim your package. 

How do I take care of my new jewelry?

All necklaces are shipped with a plastic bag which protects the chain from getting tangled or damaged during the shipping process. Please recycle the bag and use it to keep your new jewelry from becoming tarnished.

I use a few different metals and many types of stones. Some may become damaged or tarnished if they are kept in damp conditions or worn in water. Avoiding contact with water, oils, lotions, and makeup. Jewelry polishing cloths can keep your metals bright, but the compounds may damage the softer stones.

Will you create a custom piece for me?

If you have a custom order in mind, feel free to send me an email. We can discuss if I am the right jeweler for you!

If you subscribe to my (very infrequent) Newsletter, you will receive updates of where I will locally be selling any Papillon Handcrafted Jewelry Co. creations. 

At this time I will mainly be travelling through Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. 

I plan to have Papillon Handcrafted Jewelry Co. on the road to the western states in 2020.

Will you take returns or cancellations on jewelry purchases?

Yes, but please follow these guidelines:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
I also ask that you pay the return shipping fee for the piece.

 **I will issue a refund upon receiving the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

How do I know a piece will fit or how big/small it is?

All sizing information will be listed in the description of each piece. If you do not know your ring size, you can visit a jewelry shop near you to have them get your perfect measurement. If this is not conveniently available for you, please contact me and I'll do my best to help determine if the ring you are looking at will be a good match for your finger.

I try to note all of the approximate lengths and widths of each piece, but if you have any extra questions, please contact me. I am always happy to take more pictures to give you a better idea of how a piece will fit.
